UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL INSIGHT MIND AI LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM:

• Any errors or omissions in AI-generated analysis or suggestions
• Any messages you choose to send based on our suggestions
• Any relationship outcomes resulting from use of the Services
• Any unauthorized access to your account or data
• Any emotional distress related to analysis results

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
